platform-infra

Cluster configuration, observability and platform service versions for Telekabin.

Path Purpose
cluster/ Namespaces, quotas, network policies and CI access applied to the cluster
topology/ Node layout and k3s version of the cluster
observability/ Prometheus configuration and alert rules
versions.env Platform service image versions (kept current by Renovate)
docs/adr/ Architecture decision records

The infra workflow validates every change and applies cluster/ on merge to main.

Local checks

kubeconform -strict -summary -ignore-missing-schemas cluster/
promtool check rules observability/prometheus/rules/*.yml

Upgrades

Patch releases are merged by Renovate after CI passes. Minor releases of k3s, Forgejo and the observability stack get a pull request with release notes and are applied in office hours.

GitOps

Argo CD applies cluster/ from main; see gitops/README.md for the applications and how environments are reconciled.
